Hotel Membership Criteria
and Process

Property Requirements:

  • The ability to provide a unique experience for a group event
  • An independent property
  • Designated group event space on property
  • Uphold exceptional and consistent Guest service throughout the property
  • Offer the highest level of food &  beverage quality and service
  • Rapid response time to an inquiry or RFP from a meeting planner
  • Offer 3 complimentary room nights per year for aspectBlue based on hotel availability 

Process:

Properties that are interested in joining the aspectBlue - unique meeting destinations collection must submit a complete application.   We will then arrange a time for a conference call to answer any questions and visit with your team to familiarize ourselves on the unique features of your property and other details necessary to sell your hotel most effectively and efficiently to meeting planners. 

 Your property will immediately be placed on the website with the information, photographs and a direct link to your hotel.   At that time you may begin to give us information to share to planners in our E-newsletter.
